Also my upper back is so fucked up right now. My dad had to dig his elbows into my shoulders to get the knots to give even a little.
Currently slathered in Algesal and have taken some Aleve; hoping some of it will sort itself out overnight.
Sometimes I think I work myself too hard and yet am constantly surprised when I’ve run myself thin. :’)
